Armstrong Pame
Administrator
Armstrong Pame is a civil servant by profession belonging to the Indian Administration Service and works in the capacity of DC of Tamenlong District for the Government of Manipur. He presently oversees the two departments of tribal affairs & hills and public health and engineering (drinking water and sanitation). His department deals mostly with the welfare schemes for the rural tribal areas in Manipur. It has over 950 schools mostly located in the tribal districts.

I am a founding member of a society called Dynamic Manipur. The sole aim of this society is to bring about a positive change in our society in terms of inspiring the youth and encouraging entrepreneurial aspirants. I have always been passionate about working for uplifting the society and it has been that driving force that brought me till here. I also founded "El's Educare", an online education forum focused on providing employment to educated married women who has been crippled from work by marriage. I love travelling, dogs, reading fiction novels and listening to good music.

Graduated in Bachelor in Commerce from Bangalore University, Bachelors in Education and Master in Education from Manipur University and Master in Management from the University of Glasgow. He is a self-motivated individual. He is the Co-founder and Director of Imphal Valley School and also the Secretary of JEF Charitable Trust.

Post-Grad in Social Entrepreneurship, T.I.S.S. Mumbai. passionate about working on issues such as inclusiveness, livelihoods, environment and access to water. Co-founder of Nambul Networks (an integrated media service provider). I envision a world where development is inclusive and sustainable in every aspect.
Dineshkumar Ningthoujam

Holds a Master’s degree from a Grande École. Founded a not-for-profit co-educational primary School called A.I.K. English School and is committed to providing free and quality education to the socially deprived section of the society and also aims to solve the unemployment problems among the youth in rural areas of Manipur.

I was born at Moirang, a historic place in Manipur. I did my high school at Imphal, the capital of the state. And I finished my graduation and post graduation in Chandigarh. I completed my Post-graduate in Disaster Management and during my study I participated in several mock drills as a volunteer. I served as a guest lecturer for a year and currently working as Organic Farming Promoting Officer and GIS In-charge in Green Foundation, an Imphal based NGO. I joined Global Shapers hoping to see a change in my area and to be a part of that change.
